Best Dressed: Emmy's 2012 Red Carpet

Sofia Vergara had on a dazzling light blue Zuhair Murad dress with a mermaid fish tail and halterneck-line. She was the most talked about lady that evening and the dress definitely done wonders for her beautiful curvy figure.

Hayden Panettiere received mixed views about her outfit choice for the evening as it's more suited for a taller person but I really thought it looked good on her.Hayden had on a blue and gold Marchesa gown that did make her look very mature but still elegant. She teamed it with a gold purse.

Julianne Hough was my favourite of the night in a sea foamed light blue / white Georges Hobieka Couture strapless gown that showed off her gorgeous figure. She just looked so beautiful and teamed it with a white purse.

'New Girl' actress Zooey Deschanel who is known for her quirky fashion sense had on a light blue girly strapless Reem Acra prom dress that boosted into ruffles as it went down.

Kelly Osbourne who I was totally taken back by really suited her Zac Posen lilac dress that went with her hair, it really showed off her figure and made her look really elegant. It was one-shouldered and boosted into a short train at the back. Kelly teamed her dress with  a Judith Leiber clutch.

'2 Broke Girls' actress Kat Dennings showed a lot of cleavage in a darker orange J. Mendel gown that also showed off her hour glass figure.

As you all know I had to do a post on Best Dressed at the Emmy's and there was actually so many to choose from. I didn't do it in any particular order but these were my top ladies of the night - SofiaVergara, Hayden Panettiere, Julianne Hough, Zooey Deschanel, Kelly Osbourne and Kat Dennings. My favouite of the night was definitely Julianne Hough, She looked absolutely stunning and very classy.

CFDA Awards 2012: Best Dressed

Dakota Fanning had on a Proenza Schouler frock with black laced peep-toe heels and a silver clutch bag.

Kate Bosworth had on a shimmering Joseph Altuzarra frock that had a side cut revealing some flesh. She teamed her frock with a black clutch bag and black heels.

Devon Aoki had on an Alice + Olivia peplum gown with a matching red clutch bag, it had a long train at the  back with ruffles all the way down.

Jessica Chastain had on a white ultra-girly feminine Prabal Gurung frock with strappy gold heels.

Lily Collins arrived with designer Rachel Zoe who actually designed her dress. It was a metallic Marchesa dress and she had a Swarovski clutch bag that matched her Guiseppe Zanotti heels.

It was the CFDA Awards recently in New York City and the very glamorous celebrities attended to witness America's greatest design talents receive awards in categories that ranged from Accessory Designer Of The Year to the Fashion Icon Award. My favourite ladies of the night were Dakota Fanning, Kate Bosworth, Devon Aoki, Jessica Chastain and Lily Collins.

Best Dressed on the Red Carpet: Met-allic Costume Institute Gala

Vampire Diaries star Nina Dobrev had on a black and gold confection by Donna Karen. It was backless and showed some flesh. The dress looks like it's one shouldered but there is a small gold strap on the other side. The dress had a long train at the back.

Lily Collins had on a ghostly white laced Valentino gown that had a bow belt in the centre. She had a silver purse as well.

Gossip Girl star Leighton Meester had on a light brown and gold Marchesa dress. The dress had some great detail to it all the way down and the in the shoulders, as the dress went gown the gold design stopped to show a light brown bottom skirt which made her stand out. She had a gold purse to match.

Hilary Swank had on a dark red Michael Kors cascade gown, which had a halter neck and showed off her curves perfectly. I just loved everything about this dress and it looked quite elegant as well. She also had a gold purse that went well with it.

Glee star Lea Michele had on a sparkling dark blue dress that had a high thigh split and a plunge revealing some flesh, but making her looking really sexy! She had a purse to match and a pair of silver heels as well.

As everyone will know it was the Met-allic Costume Institute Gala in New York this week and I always do a top 5 best dressed at events like these and it was a hard pick, but I got Nina Dobrev, Lily Collins, Leighton Meester, Hilary Swank and Lea Michele. They all looked absolutely stunning! I really loved most of the dresses at this event as it wasn't just the same stuff you see all the time on the red carpet, it was all unique. I don't really know if these got much hits with any fashion lovers but they certainly did with me, and I love the shows and movies that the girls are in.

Golden Globe Awards - 5 favourite outfits!

Lea Michele had on a Marchesa silver fishtail dress with the detail just covering up. She teamed the look with a silver clutch bag to match.

Emma Stone looked absolutely stunning in Lavin, her dress was plum & had a plunging neckline. It had a tulle overlay floor-length skirt and it had a back belt around it with an eagle on the front showing the her mirrored shoulder caps. She teamed the look with a black clutch.

Nicole Richie had on silver Julien Macdonald dress, it had thick tank straps & had a beading in a subtle chevron pattern that makes our eyes bug out and move up and down the gown. She teamed her look with her own design "House of Harlow Bag".

Mila Kunis had on a one-shouldered Dior black dress, She is the new face of Miss Dior handbags so it wasn't a surprise for her choice of dress, it was accessorised with Cartier jewellery and Jimmy choo shoes.

Dianna Agron had on Giles Deacon, wearing red on the carpet is a risky move but this dress done it so well and most of all she worked it really well. It actually made me think of a dragon because of the top half is that sort of style. The Lace made it look good aswell showing a little flesh. She had on minimum jewellery and her hair was tied back so it was all focus on her gorgeous scarlet dress.

As you all know I done a post for the People's Choice Awards which showed my 5 favourite outfits from it, I'm gonna do the same for the Golden Globe Awards, I'm happy for Michelle Williams as she won "Best Actress - Comedy or Musical" for - My Week with Marilyn & Octavia Spencer won "Best Supporting Actress" for - The Help. (Two amazing films & I know they aren't featured on this but still go check them out!). If you have a best dressed list/top 5 like mine then leave a comment below and I will check it out.
