The NTA's stand for 'National Television Awards' which was held in the UK on Wednesday night, I picked out my top best dressed ladies of the night that were strutting their glamour on the red carpet. I know the NTA's and pretty much a lot of award ceremonies over in the UK don't get that much of a good reputation on the red carpet with fake tan lines and just major fashion fails but I thought this year it wasn't too bad and I actually also had a definite favourite who was Laura Whitmore, she just took the meaning glamour to another level.

Best Dressed: TV Choice Awards 2012

Jorgie Porter who plays 'Theresa Mcqueen' in Hollyoaks had on a very glamorous dress that was creme and had a halterneck that was detailed in jewells, there was a large broach like jewell in the centre of her waist with a cut out at the side revealing a little flesh. Jorgie teamed her dress with a brown shimmering purse. 

Natalie Gumede who plays 'Kirsty Soames' in Corrie had on a one shouldered black dress that had studs on the left shoulder going down, She teamed it with a pair of silver heels and black studded purse - It had quite a 'Rock Chic' feel to it.

Georgia May Foote who plays 'Katy Armstrong' in Corrie had on a blue laced detailed dress that had a halterneck and had cuts at the back revealing some flesh, she matched it with a pair of nude heels and a nude purse.

Michelle Keegan who plays 'Tina' in Corrie had on a white leather L.2.Mae dress that stopped above the knee's. She teamed her dress with a pair of silver heeled sandals and a silver purse.

Freya Mavor who plays 'Mini McGuinness' in Skins had on an unusual turquoise gown that had a very high-thigh split revealing some flesh. I loved the pattern detail in her outfit and it really suited her. She teamed it with a pair of light blue heels.

As all UK fans of the following shows 'Skins', 'Hollyoaks' and 'Corrie' will know it was the TV Choice Awards recently and I had to check out the style of the attendees. I picked out Jorgie Porter, Natalie Gumede, Georgia May Foote, Michelle Keegan and Freya Mavor as my 5 Best dressed ladies of the night. Unfortunately not many of them took home awards that they were nominated for, luckily Michelle Keegan won for 'Best Soap Actress'. 

British Soap Awards 2012 : Best Dressed on Red Carpet

Michelle Keegan had on a very classy dress and it was my favourite of the night (Perhaps the reason she won  "Sexiest Female") it was a shimmering blue one shouldered dress that had a small train at the back, she had a black purse as well. Michelle definitely looked very elegant and classy.

Gemma Merna had a sexy appeal to her dress with a high-thigh split up her left leg revealing some flesh, it was a shimmering light blue and she had on a pair of nude heels.

Jessica Forrest was another favourite of mine in a dark blue dress that lifted out at the skirt and had a frills at the bottom, her top had silver buttons all over it and she had on a pair of sparkly silver heels. 

Jennifer Metcalfe showed off her curves in a beautiful teal coloured bandage dress. It had high splits at either side revealing a little flesh and she had on a pair of nude heels.

Jacqueline Jossa was my final best dressed lady of the night in a stunning shimmering gold dress that had a boost at the bottom to make it go out a little. She was also up for "Sexiest Female" but lost to Michelle Keegan.

As all my fellow UK fashion lovers will know it was the British Soap Awards last night & I just wanted to tell everyone my top 5 favourite and believe it or not, they turned it up even more this year looking even more fabulous, striking their poses, there was some dresses that popped out a bit too much for the camera, but most were sexy and classy.
