Nina talks about her friendship with BFF Julianne Hough, relationships and her hit TV show The Vampire Diaries which returns in October. Demi Lovato is covering August's issue of Cosmopolitan, she's looking absolutely beautiful on the front cover in a bright orange dress with a blue lacey bra.
